Been looking for living room furniture for some time and after having a horrible experience with another local store a friend recommended Yvonne Rodriguez and what a difference experience we had. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and got us the best deal possible. Thank you Yvonne for being so professional, patient and understanding, it was a pleasure working with you and will definitely be recommending you to family and friends.

Crystal is the best! She went out of her way to make sure I was talking care of when I had a issue with a couch I bought! Thumbs up on customer care!

 

First off let me thank all the staff and owner, my name is Joseph and used to live in rockport, TX, my family and I lost almost everything and had to replace almost everything, we looked around for a couple of days and came to empire and we was looking around the owner came up to us and said he over heard what happened and took us in the back and was going to give us a bed for almost nothing, not only did that speak volumes to me be just went to show what type of person and company they are, they will forever have my business, again thank you from the bottom of my heart.

What a great place to shop. Great customer service from the moment you walk in. The sales people are kind and patient. They made us feel like we were the only ones in the store. When our furniatire arrived, there were factory glitches and they made it right. No excuses. Just made good on their word .

I am so in love with my bedroom set!!!! I went in only to order a bed frame, but i ended up getting an amazing deal on a WHOLE BED ROOM SET. Crystal Jenkins is Terrific!! My sister & I have been looking for a sectional, we pass by this store almost every day & decided to stop in. Gabriel, the salesman, provided wonderful assessment. Also the furniture came from factory with an small issue and he did not hesitate to order it and replace... not additional warranty have to be purchased for this excellent post-sale service... Recommended.
